My art practice is a weave of artistic research, mediation practices, radio and publishing. By exploring notions of sympoiesis, or making-with, my artistic work takes a form other than the material at a space between the private and the public, the domestic and the academic. Textile crafts, and dissipating voices through radio and publishing, facilitate the medium for my practice to become intercorporeal, or shared amongst others. By facilitating workshops on embroidery or knitting, or practicing radio making in the public space I study the uncovered scriptures beneath embodied crafts and share a moment of learning and unlearning with my audience. I aim for an artistic practice that results in the immaterial form of kinship, a practice that weaves mine and other´s voices throughout spaces within and without the art world.
