I'm Ron Kunz. Between 2016 and 2019, I have been responsible for a team of researchers and UX designers @Telefonica Next/Geeny who have faced a variety of challenges. Tasks ranged from IoT product development, data exploration, mix-and-match connectivity to brand design and user testing. We met the challenge by consistently introducing design methods into the company. With a methodically strong team, the company was able to develop its products more safely and successfully.
