Survey
The memory on my hard disk has exceeded the limit in which I had kept data related to mountains.
I perceived the weight of mountains themselves, which could not exist, in the disk space full of the mountains’images and collected information.
Those mountains I had taken photographs of in various places made me imagine that they would pile up in the small hard disk and make up new mountains, which are not existent in reality, as if piled-up lava forms a mountain.
The virtual mountains had neither forms nor locations, but I wanted to make a way to perceive them.
So I materialized the mountains by shooting their images made optionally and compared them with real mountains and their data.
My work repeats a process to give a form of mountains on non-existing surface of the earth and to fix their outlines, which seems to me a measurement.
