ITS, which is a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, a global software provider with 4,500 employees, has set its sights on the mid-market managed service providers (MSPs) in the United Kingdom with three primary offerings: national IT field service, BC/DR, and 24/7 service help desks.
The in-house services that are offered by ITS are available for resale by resellers, who have the opportunity to do so. According to the company, it already has partners in the financial sector, in the healthcare industry, and in the food and drink industry that are reselling information technology services. These partners provide end clients with on-site support services and workshops for hardware fixes and warranty repairs.

According to ITS, it offers "robust" service level agreements to resellers who want to provide full technical support and guaranteed response times on the help desk. In terms of goals, the ITS intends to "balance quality and quantity" by "achieving double the number of active partners by the end of 2016."
