a fish you have already caught is an airbound platform that is forever attempting to take off.
The platform currently consists of 8 box-kites etched with the drawings and images that were sent to me during lockdown by fellow students, strangers, tutors, dating app matches and my grandma.
90 x 30 x 30 cm, paper, plywood and laser etching
It was first launched during the course of RCA 2020: July 16th - 31st 2020
The opening presented the contributors, the painting department, friends and family a chance to meet once again, fly the kites, contemplate groundless signs and celebrate an end.
