akeo tsuzuki (real name: TAKEO SUZUKI)

akeo tsuzuki creates abstract and experimental photographs and paintings inspired by electronic music. His photographs use elements of light, color, shape and texture to express subjective sensations and impressions. his paintings are created on the iPhone as digital art. He manipulates motifs of nature, cities, humans, and animals by transforming, superimposing, and adjusting color and contrast to create original works of art.
His work is a fusion of music and visual art, evoking the interaction and resonance between sound and image. His work has an abstract beauty and depth that evokes a variety of imaginations and emotions in the viewer.

Born in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan. Lives and works in Tokyo.
He started his career in the 90's as a beatmaker and DJ for the club jazz unit "O.M.U." under the name DJ TKO and TAKEO SUZUKI, and released CDs on the Nippon Columbia Triad label. Later, he released a full self-produced album on the German 99 label.
Performed as O.M.U. at a large jazz event "Jazz not Jazz" in Switzerland as a DJ.
After leaving O.M.U., he took a break from music for a while and began producing art, graphic design, and photography under the name akeo tsuzuki. Currently, he is also reengaged in music activities, producing and DJing experimental music under the name akeo tsuzuki, psychill music and ambient music under the name TAKEO SUZUKI, and unique club music under the name TASKEN.
