Jenny Bardoville

About the Artist

Jenny Bardoville is a self-taught visual artist from London who rekindled her creative practice during lockdown. Her work explores the relationship between shape, language, consciousness and perception, inviting viewers to reconsider familiar ideas through fresh perspectives.

"In a world shaped by sound, the vibrations we speak, feel and think have profound effects on our environment.

My work offers observers the opportunity, and sometimes the challenge, to question and reassess conventional interpretations of well-known themes, exploring the space where science and the humanities, possibility and impossibility, intersect."

Using her signature blend of fluid art, geometry, optical illusion, portraiture and symbolism, Jenny brings chaos and order into dynamic conversation. Drawing on her studies of metaphysics and theology, she explores themes of language, space-time, identity and the transformative power of imagination across both social and spiritual dimensions.

Alongside her studio practice, Jenny has over eight years' experience designing, presenting and supporting art and music workshops, projects and courses. Her work includes programmes for young people aged 6 to 19, as well as participants with special educational needs.

Since 2022, Jenny has been a presenter and volunteer with the Rena Initiative, extending her workshop practice to adults of all ages through creative activities that promote mental health awareness. She has also facilitated family workshops alongside Rena founder Mellezia in collaboration with Imperial College London's Physics Department as part of the Great Exhibition Road Festival.

In 2025, Jenny and Mellezia became the first artists selected for residency at the Saatchi Gallery Learning Studio, participating in its artist development programme and culminating in the winter exhibition Blackground & Beyond.

Jenny is also co-host of four seasons of The Conscious Cuppa Podcast, alongside Eurydice Caldwell of Gener8te, exploring life through creative, metaphysical and spiritual conversations for a growing audience.
