Jenny Bardoville
About the Artist
Jenny Bardoville is a self-taught visual artist, born and raised in London, who rekindled her art practice during lockdown.
“In a world shaped by sound, the vibrations we all say, feel and think have profound effects on our environments.
“My work offers the observer the opportunity, sometimes the challenge, to ponder, question and reassess conventional interpretations and understandings of well-known themes on that bridge where humanities and science, possibility and impossibility, meet.”
Using her signature fluid art shaping, geometry, optical illusion, portraiture and symbology, Jenny enjoys bringing chaos and order together.
Through the study of metaphysics and theology, she throws new light on language, space-time and the personal, transformative power of imagination along the social and spiritual spectrum of identity.
Jenny has more than 7 years of experience in designing, presenting and supporting art and music workshops, projects and courses, including those specifically run for young people from ages 6 to 16.
As a presenter and volunteer with the Rena Initiative since 2022, she has extended her workshop delivery to adults of all ages, introducing participants to art practices that promote mental health awareness. As art instructor, she has facilitated family workshops with Rena founder, Mellezia, in collaboration with Imperial College’s Physics Department as part of the annual Great Exhibition Road Festival.
In 2025, the two artists became Saatchi Gallery’s first residencies, as part of the Learning Studio’s artist development programme, culminating in their winter exhibition, Blackground & Beyond.
Jenny presents The Conscious Cuppa Podcast with co-host Eurydice Caldwell of Gener8te, which you can discover on your favourite platform.
