Gestaltung des Leseraums der Produktions- und Ausstellungsplattform basis.
Ein einziges im Internet gefundenes Rohrverbindungselement steht im Zentrum der Entwicklung der Einrichtung des Leseraums, bestehend aus Aluminiumrohr und Plattenmaterial. Die Ausführung folgt nicht einem handwerklichen Prinzip sondern einem Bauprogramm, das zwischen der 'Hardware' der Architektur und dem Medium Buch vermittelt.
Der Leseraum ist eine Präsenzbibliothek, die eine große Anzahl von Kunstmagazinen, Katalogen (u.a. der Künstler der basis), Publikationen zu Urbanistik und Leerstandsnutzung sowie theoretische Publikationen zu aktuellen gesellschaftlichen Fragestellungen anbietet.

Design of the Reading Room of the Production and Exhibition Platform basis.
One pipe connecting element found on the Internet is central to the development of the equipment of the Reading Room, consisting of aluminum pipe and plate material. The design does not follow a craft principle but a construction program that mediates between the 'hardware' of architecture and the medium book.
The Reading Room is a reference library that offers a large number of art magazines, catalogs (including the artist of basis), publications about urbanism and use of vacancies and theoretical publications on current social issues.
