United Regions of Europe

As people's immediate environment, every region should have certain autonomy. The principle of subsidiary: What matters here is decided here, by democratically elected direct representatives in a regional parliament; or by referendum.
As people's immediate environment, every region should have certain autonomy. The principle of subsidiary: What matters here is decided here, by democratically elected direct representatives in a regional parliament; or by referendum.
This is the way to a real and strong identification with Europe - no detours across the national state, but the notion that no region can do without the others.
People's identification is caused by their reality of life. Where do I live? Where do I work? Who represents my interests? Where do I find what I need to live? The answer is: In my region.

Heimat ist ein Menschenrecht.“

Vision
European Constitution
An entire European Constitution should provide a community of values for the united regions of Europe based on the human and civil rights.
The United Regions of Europe
The United Regions of Europe are a fair and contemporary model of a future Europe.
They would not only meet the challenges of globalization and urbanization as shown in the previous chapters but also enable a democratic and fair Europe for the people.
The map shows one of many possible scenarios of Europe’s regions.
The visualizations below show how a future European constitution could work.
